SENTENCE A group of words which make complete sense is called a sentence. KINDS OF SENTENCES Assertive sentence Interrogative sentence Imperative sentence Exclamatory sentence

Assertive sentence These sentences simply make statements or assertions. Examples: They are my friends. Interrogative sentence These sentences are used to ask questions. Examples: How are you? Where are you?
