Monitors the situation and updates the responders accordingly. Decreases the time it takes for care to begin; this is critical in Cardiac/Respiratory arrests!

REMEMBER : Stay on the line with the caller until you are sure that the location information has been confirmed by the secondary PSAP . Once the caller is transferred an EMD can immediately begin to identify & mitigate life threatening situations increasing the chances of a positive outcome in medical emergencies.
