Basic Shift Expectations : 

Basic Shift Expectations Be present when you are scheduled to work Arrive 5 minutes prior to shift Uniform must be clean and pressed Hair and nails must be neat and clean Your attitude and demeanor must be pleasant

I agree to have an automatic deduction of $2.00 taken out of my paycheck per meal. The meal should be rung up by the MOD or shift leader at the time of order. It should be rung up under the Employee 50% or Manager Meal. I agree that a Manager Meal will consist of a (1) sandwich or hot dog, and french fries, onion rings, chips or salad. A Manager Meal may include one shake in the place of a side item or burger. One cookie can be purchased at 50%. I agree that employee meals do not include fruit cups or bottled drinks. Limit one meal per day. Meals are to be consumed at a time that is of manager’s discretion and in the designated break area. Meals are never consumed during the peak periods. Soft drinks, tea, and coffee are free while on the clock. All meals are to be consumed off the clock. I am aware that if I am not working, I am still eligible for the 50% discount for my meal only; however, I will still receive a payroll deduction.
