Sport-Bikes: Dangers Motorcycles are dangerous: High speeds can be reached quickly Hard to stop Easy to get into a simple accident Unprotected to surroundings Wearing basic clothes can be disastrous

The Dangers :

After a Wipeout or Crash Most typical result is ‘Road Rash’ More serious injuries include broken bones and fractured spine and/or skull from collision

The Best Prevention Simply wearing AVG gear will prevent almost all injuries in a wipeout Helmet Jacket Gloves Pants Boots

Make Up Helmet Hard outer shell with Styrofoam insert for maximum absorption in collision Jacket, Pants, & Gloves Padded leather with plastic joint protector inserts Boots Gloves

Greatly Reduces Injuries Should a wipeout occur, the gear will almost completely protect the rider ‘Road Rash’ becomes non-existent Without gear: Road Rash With gear: Most get back up and climb on bike In a crash, injuries become significantly less Fatal head injuries can be reduced to headaches

PROS : 

PROS Safety Very durable with long life Everything but helmet can be used again after a wreck Warm on cooler days, protects against sunburn Well ventilated for hot days It look cool

CONS : 

CONS Price Helmet ~ $200 Jacket ~ $300 Gloves ~ $30 Pants ~ $180 Boots ~ $250 Total of $960 Inconvenient to put on

Conclusion : 

Conclusion Can’t always avoid an accident, but can be prepared for one You can’t put a price tag on your safety or life Walk away vs. hauled away in ambulance. Finally, you always want to look cool!
