PERSONAL GROOMING TREATMENTS Dental Care I brush my teeth twice in a day. I use Colgate Total toothpaste. I use Colgate Plax Mouthwash. Pedicure & Manicure I cut my nails twice in a week. Everyday I wash my palm & toe properly. Body Odour I take bath twice in a day. I wash my cloths regularly. I use Nivea Men Deodorant after bath. Shoe Everyday I polish my shoe. PERSONAL GROOMING TREATMENTS Hair Removal I take regular shaving with Gillete Shaving Gel. I cut my hair once in two week. Hair Gel I use Garnier Fructis Hair Gel to hold my hair style. Attire I always wear my formal attire as much as good. I wear ironed cloth. I try to keep the color combination of my attire as better as possible. Accessories I never forget to wear wrist watch. I take 4 liter water everyday. I take vegetables and fruits. I use Mud Pack(Multani Mitti, Rose Water) once in a week. Home Remedy I use Honey-Sugar pack twice in a week.
