Preparing for the Masses :Preparing for the Masses Rows of Porta-Potties lined the Mall for the Concert and the Swearing In Jumbo-Trons were set up to show the Lincoln Memorial for Sunday’s concert, then moved up and flipped around for viewing of the Swearing In on Tuesday
