Conclusion Customer view: They should have headquaters , provide toll free no. to international customers, in those countries where they have max. numbers of customers so , that customers feel ease to get their products on time.Do promotion on social network sites, collaborate with t.v channels to make people aware about it. Company view: The shipping cost & time will be minimise by opening customer care centre in other countries also.
