Rhythmic gymnastics is largely a sport for women and girls, but a growing number of men participate.Events: Events Individual – one apparatus will be on sabbatical depending on the Olympic Cycle Rope Hoop Ball Clubs Ribbon Groups – depends on the Olympic CycleTRAMPOLINE: TRAMPOLINEUsing Trampoline? – YES!: Using Trampoline? – YES! Competitive sport in which gymnasts perform acrobatics while bouncing on a trampoline. These can include simple jumps in the pike, tuck or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward or backward somersaults and twists.Events: Events Individual Trampoline Men WomenSPORTS AEROBICS: SPORTS AEROBICSEmphasis: Emphasis Sports aerobics involves the performance of routines by individuals or pairs, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness rather than acrobatic or balance skills. Routines are performed on a small floor area and generally last 60-90 seconds.Sport Acrobatics: Sport AcrobaticsWhat is Sport Acrobatics?: What is Sport Acrobatics? Sports acrobatics is the original and official name for the sport. Involves difficult feats of balance, agility and coordination.What is Sport Acrobatics?: What is Sport Acrobatics?
