Premium member Presentation Transcript Tudor Oaks Redevelopment : Tudor Oaks Redevelopment January 2010 – June 2011 Groundbreaking October 8, 2008 : Groundbreaking October 8, 2008 Slide 3: Construction Trailers and some “Stuff” Arrive in December 2009 First material delivery - January 2010 Slide 4: This piece of equipment is located in the middle of what is now the Dining Room Slide 6: During January 2010 many changes begin to take place both inside and outside. Slide 7: What’s behind the new door? Slide 8: A lot is changing behind the new door Slide 9: You are standing where the Reception Desk is now located Slide 10: The basement is a mess!! Slide 11: The interior of the wings are gutted ---- Slide 12: --- then reframed for the new apartments. Slide 13: Preparing for removal of the end of Elm wing Slide 14: Preparing for removal of the end of Elm wing The Roof is Cut!! Slide 15: This activity attracted a BIG crowd Slide 18: And the walls came tumbling down! Slide 19: And the walls came tumbling down! Slide 20: And the walls came tumbling down!
