Directions: Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp mixture to pan; sauté for 6 minutes or until done; remove heat and set aside. Cook ravioli pasta according to package directions. Place pasta in a large bowl; add tomatoes and basil. Combine vinegar and rest of ingredients into a bowl. Pour over pasta mixture, toss to coat. Place about 1 ¾ cups pasta mixture on each of six plates. Top each serving with about 3 oz. shrimp mixture. Serve with Crusty French wheat bread, or Caesar salad & chilled Sparkling cider.
