Entry Level Safe atmosphere to explore a relationship w/JC Community building/discipleship (teaching, leading, discipling) Intimate relationship w/peers in Christ (w/adult leader as guide) Community Assimilation (at least 1 adult intentionally assisting the assimilation process) Outreach How to Accomplish the Goal
