Overall Educational Goals:

Overall Educational Goals To develop a holistic and independent surgeon, who is able to provide patient centered and cost effective care. This is achieved through a structured and progressive clinical and academic environment, and a robust assessment and remedial system, anchored by qualified and dedicated faculty. To instill the core competences of Patient Care, Medical Knowledge, Practice-based Learning and Improvement, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Professionalism and System-based Practice in the residents of the program.
