Presentation Description

It is important that agriculture sector should grow at more than 4 percent per annum on a sustaining basis without which the economy cannot be expected to reach the 12th Plan target of double digit growth. Unless non-farm employment and institutional legacies in cooperative sector are tackled with a sense of urgency and solid reform agenda is put in place it would be well nigh impossible to reach the plan targets.
