Alignment of Program to Business Objectives There are 263 full-time staff; 79 full-time faculty; 800 active adjunct faculty and approx. 400 part-time staff Benefits package caters to the employees’ needs since compensation is below market rates but in line with similar institutions, which accounts for a 15-20% employee turnover Full-time employees are given flex-credits to purchase the benefits that are conducive to their needs, thereby controlling costs. Employee gets to keep unused flex credits. These credits are configured into their total compensation.

Components Not in Line With Business Objectives Since many of GGU’s faculty are professional practitioners, their benefit needs are met by their primary employer. Some staff are covered under a collective bargaining agreement which governs the type of benefits they get.
