In an effort to ensure quality of instructional programs and to maximize participation of parents, communities, businesses, universities, faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, principals, and teachers, SLPS introduced the Community Cluster Concept to a broad-based and far-ranging constituent group.

BACKGROUND Superintendent, Creg E. Williams charged Assistant Superintendents with the task of leading five concurrent meetings across the city to apprise community members of the Community Cluster Concept and to elicit feedback.
