Multiplier Bonus Individual Multiplier bonus is based on PV generated from members’ first purchase, upgrade, and maintenance orders. (1PV is equivalent to 0.74 EUR) In each working week, the total PV volume generated by each leg in your placement tree is computed. The leg generates the most PVs will be served as the sharing leg. You will receive 10% of the PVs generating from the other smaller legs as the multiplier bonus. (Up to 4 legs maximum) The calculation is as follow: The Multiplier Bonus = 2nd Line Group Sales Volume (PV) x 10% + 3rd Line Group Sales Volume (PV) x 10%+4th Line Group Sales Volume (PV) x 10% + 5th Line Group Sales Volume (PV) x 10%

Leadership Bonus 1. Receive 10% of the Multiplier Bonus commissions earned by the distributors in your sponsor tree up to 3 generations deep. For example: 1st generation: Total Multiplier Bonus x 10% 2nd generation: Total Multiplier Bonus x 10% 3rd generation: Total Multiplier Bonus x 10% 2. Requirement: · Sponsor 1 to 2 member (regardless of level) to receive the 1st generation · Sponsor 3 to 4 members (regardless of level) to receive the 1st and 2nd generation · Sponsor 5 or more members (regardless of level) to receive the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation The Leadership Bonus = Total Multiplier Bonus in 1st Generation x 10% + Total Multiplier Bonus in 2nd Generation x 10% + Total Multiplier Bonus in 3rd Generation x 10%

Leadership Bonus Note: The direct sponsored member must be an activated member (not including the pending and signed out member). A full 3 generations’ commission payout is created with members who have fulfilled the maintenance. Members who did not maintained in time will be compressed out.

The Maintenance The monthly maintenance requires are waived for new members for their first and second calendar months (based on the confirmed sales date only). To received the Multiplier Bonus and the Leadership Bonus payments, a member must maintain the member status by personally purchasing product valued at 50 PV or more before the 25th of every calendar month (Beijing Time). Between the 26th to the last day of the month (Beijing Time), the repeat purchase would be defaulted as the next month’s maintenance qualification. New PV generated in a calendar month will be carried over though the maintenance is not met for the month . All carryover volumes will be cancelled if a member does not maintain for 6 consecutive calendar months . The membership will only be cancelled if a member fails to maintain for 12 consecutive calendar months. Distributors whose membership has been cancelled may reapply to the membership only after 12 calendar months has passed since the membership was cancelled. A repeat purchase of minimum 50 PV is required to fulfill the maintenance so as to be eligible for commission (only the Sponsorship Bonus will be paid if the repeat purchase falls below 50PV). The PV that exceeds 50PV will be automatically placed under the member’s smallest leg for commission calculations.

Commission Calculation Commissions are calculated and paid out based on weekly bonus periods. Every Saturday 00:00 to next Friday 24:00 (Beijing Time) is considered as one bonus period. Effective dates for orders are based on confirmation dates. Commission calculation periods:

Note: A, B, C, D and E are the 5 legs in your placement tree. Every working week, the system will arrange the legs according to their PVs in descending order to determine if any of the 5 legs has fulfilled the above PV requirements (New Generated PVs). Silver Diamond: In the same working week, at least 2 legs of the member are needed. Leg A should have at least 5000PV, and B at least 2500PV. This must be fulfilled for 2 consecutive working weeks. Gold Diamond: In the same working week, at least 2 legs of the member are needed. Leg A should have at least 30000PV, and B at least 15000PV. This must be fulfilled for 2 consecutive working weeks.

Note: 4. Blue Diamond: In the same working week, at least 3 of the member legs are needed. Leg A should have at least 75000PV, B at least 37500PV, and C at least 12500PV. This must be fulfilled for 4 working weeks of which 2 working weeks are consecutive. Crown: In the same working week, at least 3 legs of the member are needed. Leg A should have at least 125000PV, B at least 100000PV, and C at least 100000PV. This must be fulfilled for 8 working weeks of which 4 working weeks are consecutive. Crown Ambassador: In the same working week, 5 legs of the member are needed. Leg A should have at least 275000PV, B at least 100000PV, C at least 100000PV, D at least 50000PV, and E at least 25000PV. This must be fulfilled for 12 working weeks of which 4 working weeks are consecutive.

Note: Crown Envoy: In the same working week, 5 legs of the member are needed. Leg A should have at least 600000PV, B at least 100000PV, C at least 100000PV, D at least 100000PV, and E at least 100000PV. This must be fulfilled for 12 working weeks of which 4 working weeks are consecutive. The valid period for the pin titles is 1 working year. All incentives are non-transferable. All tour incentives are non-exchangeable to cash. All tour incentives are non-exchangeable to cash. The Company Incentive reward is based on every branch’s final announcement.
