OUR GOAL Provide a 40 Hour work week with benefits. All employees make at lease minimum wage or more. Provide hands on training with adaptive equipment.

We make our money the old fashioned way we earn it. Almost 100% of our revenue is from the sale of products that we make or package. We do not receive funds from the Federal Government or the State of Texas.

70% of blind people are unemployed in the United States and we want to change that. We provide part-time employment and job training for local high school students that are visually impaired.
