11 The Benefits of Participating in Val d’Or Lifestyle Debentures: Participation in a wine and olive farm and the production of your own personalised wine & label (personal or corporate). Each Lifestyle Debenture holder also has naming rights to a block consisting of 500 vines – varietal of your choice! (your block will be producing 1000 bottles of wine per annum). Once wine production commences, the first 20 cases of wine per annum (unlabelled) are complementary. Debenture payable in accommodation = 20 nights per annum for personal or business use; value = R25 000 p.a. (i.e. R1250 x 20 nights p.a.).
