We provide and contract for billions of dollar’s worth of products and services for federal agencies. We also sell surplus federal property, such as real estate and vehicles to the public.

Small Business Utilization Center (SBUC) . Contract Evaluation Process: 

Contract Evaluation Process GSA Contracting Officer (CO) will be assigned to review your offer The CO will either call or send a deficiency letter if additional information is needed You might be called to discuss pricing and how you arrived at it

Schedules Contract Evaluation Process cont’d Upon award of contract, the CO will return a copy of the contract to you along with one copy of the pricelist CO will send vendor start-up kit for GSA advantage! CO will send software to submit your IFF earnings

Report of Sales: 

Report of Sales Notified by email quarterly to submit IFF earnings. IFF is applied only to your “gross” earnings for that quarter. IFF payment must include a completed Form 72-A
