Fear Is a Disguise Respect Is Genuine Fear - based leadership is ofen used to cover the leader’s fear and insecurites whether they’re aware of it or not. Leaders who are truly respected aren’t “done” once they’ve achieved a certain ttle. They contnue to earn the esteem of their employees regardless of their positon.
