Slide 2: A long time ago, in a forest far, far, away, a little boy named Dillon South worked hard all day, every day, to feed his poor family. Little Dillon was solely reliant on his giant sunflower stalk, which he used to cut trees down, and to snag objects too high to reach. Using his sunflower daily made him very adept at using it, and he used to defend himself from wild cows daily. As such, he considers himself a cowboy. Slide 3: However, when a tired Dillon returned home after a tedious day of work, he found that his town had been obliterated by a MALIGNANT STORM OF CHAOS AND EVIL! Slide 4: Dillon rushed down into the valley in pure rage, which turned out not to have been the smartest of ideas… …For he was hit by a brutal blast of lightning, severely wounding both him and his morale. Slide 5: As he lay on the ground, feeling he had lost everything in the world he loved, a sudden surge of determination flooded through him, and he jumped up, unsheathing his sunflower in midair. Realizing the only possible villain behind the plot that befell his village was the wizard that lived in the northern reaches of his valley, he set off and climbed the vines surrounding the wizard’s castle to revenge his family and friends. Slide 6: You’re only making it worse for yourself. Feel my fury! You shouldn’t have come here… As he entered the room, a mysterious figure clad in blood red robes stood before him. Slide 7: And right before him, the evil wizard revealed himself to be: Hank! Hank was an old childhood friend of Dillon, and recently immersed himself in certain acts of evil. What cause could he have for destroying the village? And then without a second thought, Dillon challenged Hank to a duel… Slide 8: …And promptly got blasted out of a window by Hank. Slide 9: As Dillon lay on the ground, wounded from his long fall, Hank appeared back in his cloaked form to finish him off. But Dillon was only faking his injury to get in a sneak attack on Hank… Slide 10: After being hit by Hank once again, Dillon crashed into the tower, where he managed to obtain his sunflower and continued to fight. Slide 11: As Hank lay on the floor, nearing death every second, Dillon could only feel sorrow for his defeated friend. That is, until with his last breath of life, Hank cut Dillon’s head clean off with magic. And that is how Dillon died. If he had been smarter he would have run away. But he was hampered by foolish virtues such as pride and courage, and did not live to see the next day. The End : The End Thanks to Maplestory, for letting me steal images, Dillon and Hank, for letting us use them in this comic, George Lucas, for assigning such a cool project, And viewers like you.
