Functional Restoration (Phase 1) After the initial testing phase: Stabilization – 70 tx hrs over 10 weeks 20 Functional Conditioning Sessions – Yoga Therapy 10 Cognitive Behavioral Sessions 10 Hypnotherapy Sessions 10 Cranial ElectroTherapy Sessions 10 Nutrition & Lifestyle sessions 10 Medical Massage sessions. fulfills and exceeds the ODG (Official Disability Guidelines) criteria of 20 full day session equivalents, frequent evaluations and periodic reports

Functional Restoration (Phase2) : 

Functional Restoration (Phase2) Continuity and Advanced Learning Phase – 40 hrs over 10 weeks provide 3 sessions individual Conditioning Training, 20 group yoga sessions, 10 Cognitive Behavioral sessions, 2 Nutrition and Lifestyle sessions, 5 Medical Massage sessions, daily home program of Cranial ElectroTherapy Stimulation This sample treatment plan will of course be modified to specific patient needs.

Functional Restoration - AfterCare : 

Functional Restoration - AfterCare Transition & AfterCare – 70 hrs over 6-9 months 20 sessions of occupational counseling 3 after care sessions for Individual Conditioning, 25 group yoga classes for up to 6 months home program of Cranial ElectroTherapy Stimulation continues as needed 4 individual sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, 16 bi-monthly group support for up to 8 months – and 2 aftercare sessions for Nutrition and Lifestyle counseling

Patient Care : 

We offer private and confidential time with a licensed therapist, in a peaceful setting, to explore your condition. Each clinician will guide you through your treatment session with respect and compassion. We provide you with accurate and complete information at each visit regarding your health and emotional concerns You are responsible to follow agreements and recommended treatment procedures You are required to have a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who we will consult with routinely or as needed.
