Introduction : 

Introduction Experiment with materials Learn to make connections with other artists Develop ideas - working towards a final piece of work Learn techniques: drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, computer art, installation, printmaking, mixed media, video art and more!

Identity : 

Identity A project designed to explore culture, ethnicity, family, appearances, religion, beliefs, values and anything that shapes personal identity. Through personal research and gallery visits learn about how artists convey identity. Produce three outcomes - the first a piece of ‘Installation Art’

Major Theme : 

Major Theme Work for one year in class on a theme of your own choice to create a collection of art work to exhibit at the end of the course. This is called STUDIO work and accounts for 60% of the final marks. Record research, ideas, plans and learning in an INVESTIGATION WORKBOOK. This component completes the remaining 40% of the total.
