Anderson School District 5 According to the SC E-rate Data information from the SC Department of Education, approximately 50% of Anderson 5’s 12,390 students are eligible for free and reduced lunch. The same report shows 50% free and reduced lunch eligibility for Westside students.

Welcome to the Westside High School Library/ Media Center Westside High School Library is staffed by two full time school library media specialists. The LMC has a coffee shop known as Starbooks, which is manned by the Beta Club.

Westside Library’s Achievements : 

Westside Library’s Achievements The 2 present librarians have been together starting their third year. They have updated the collection weeding over 8,000 titles. Circulation numbers have quadrupled since their since their first year. Students begin arriving in the MC at 7:20, come during lunch, and leave at 4:00 each day. Six students are library aides for academic credit.
