End-of Course Assessments On December 16, 2005, the governor issued Executive Order RP53, which called for “the development of a series of voluntary end-of-course assessments in science, mathematics, and other subjects currently assessed by the exit-level Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills, to measure student performance. . .”
