Are these steps for Option 1 or 2 migrations? Option 1 migration requires no wiring. So these steps are for Option 2 only. Why do I have pay the contractor 2 times? The contractors are authorized TM personnel. They are not TM. They charge for every visit. The money you pay goes directly to them. Will the quality of connection suffer as I am using my old internal wiring? Please refer to migration intro presentation. You will note that the Fiber Optic Backbone is TM route outside your house.
