GEF IW Projects Assist nations sharing transboundary basins or marine ecosystems to – Cooperate in assessing sources of degradation, establishing priorities (TDA) Determine and adopt policy, legal and institutional reforms (SAP) Test feasibility of investments to address conflicts and reverse degradation
