Match the pictures with the instructions. Then do the exercises! 1. First put your fingers together and then put your arms out in front of you for fifteen seconds. This is good to relax your arms. 2. Hold on to your left leg below the knee. After that pull it upwards and hold it for ten seconds. Do both legs. This is good for your legs. 3. People may think you are strange when you do this! Raise your eyebrows and then open your mouth wide and stick your tongue out. Hold this position for five seconds. This is good for relaxing your face and will make you smile!
