Trolley Safety using brakes cleanliness of trolley correct balancing of stock on cart locking doors on cart reporting of malfunctions i.e. wobbly wheels proper (ergonomic) pushing/pulling techniques awareness of passenger proximity

Available food & drink products : 

Available food & drink products choices of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, hot & cold) special meal choices available (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, low salt, Halal, Kosher) snacks NB : Trolley also used to sell duty free & tax free items

Characteristics & Prices of products : 

Characteristics & Prices of products range of beverages and their characteristics i.e. whether wines are red/white dry/medium etc prices for food & drink products if sold NB: This includes also prices and features of all duty free / tax free products sold

Legal Requirements:Safety & Hygiene : 

Legal Requirements:Safety & Hygiene Food Hygiene Act temperature controls of food carts/trolleys (if applicable) seals intact (if applicable) hair tied back use of disposable gloves blue bandages on cuts or sores protection when washing and handling possible contaminants (nappies, lavatory, vomit)
