Windows Vista Technical Overview with Steve Carbone (Senior Technology Specialist) and Ron Zuckerman (Microsoft Windows Solution Specialist). When last we talked about Windows Vista, Microsoft had barely shipped Windows Vista Beta 1 and we couldn't even get a demo running through the projector. What a difference a few months make! Steve and Ron will walk you through a technical overview of some of the new features, functionality, and all-around cool stuff that will make you want to get your hands on Vista ASAP. Update on Windows Server Roadmap including Longhorn Server Technical Overview. Steve will update you on the Windows Server roadmap (including a quick overview of the latest version of Windows Server, R2, which RTMed on 12/6)) and deliver a technical overview of the architecture of Longhorn Server. Â
