Headquartered in Mumbai (Bombay), the company operates over 5 million square feet of retail space, has over 450 stores across 40 cities in India and employs over 18,000 people. Future Group is India’s leading business group that caters to the entire Indian consumption space. Led by Mr. Kishore Biyani, the Future Group operates through six verticals: Retail, Capital, Brands, Space, Media and Logistics.

FINDINGS:

FINDINGS Male respondents are greater than female respondents, so male customer’s helps to increase the sales of pantaloons. Customers are most significantly influenced by newspaper & word of mouth (as media). Most customers prefer danik bhaskar & times of India. Many customers are using internet, they can improve search engine rankings.

Cont.:

Teenagers & youths are visiting store regularly, they increase brand awareness. Most of the customers visit pantaloons for casual/western wear rather than other accessories. Many customers are getting good services & they all are satisfied with service of pantaloons. Cont.
