Blocks This move is used to block the receiving blow of the opponent. You can use any part of your body to block the blow and strike a counterblow soon after that. You need to have a practice in this as the blocks need to be faster and stronger. And after every block, there needs to be a twist to resist the upcoming block. Some of the blocks are middle block, high block, the knife block etc. Attacks The attack can only be learned if you know how to defend. Tae Kwon Do only had the use of legs when it was originally started but later on, the use of arms has evolved in the attack. Punch is the basic in attack and you need to be master in punching. There are different types of punching- side kick, back kick, axe kick, front kick and back fist strike. There are many other moves apart from attacking. Taekwondo Sydney teaches you to boost confidence levels because you cannot perform the sports without having faith in your abilities and strength. You need to be confident about your attacks and blocks.
