December 2003
ESPN Classic launched a European English language channel that is now available in over 40 countries.
March 2006
ESPN Classic launched its dedicated UK channel feed that reaches 8 million subscribers alone.
June 2006
ESPN Classic, after only 4 years, is available in more than 40 European countries, reaching approx 20 million viewers, and is one of Europe’s fastest growing networks.
Ongoing Plans: ESPN Classic intends to continue expansion across Europe.
