Stagnated Teams Dwindling attendance and participation in meetings Conversation often goes off on tangents or topics unrelated to cause at hand Non verbal convey little energy and enthusiasm Members discuss same topics or problems over and over Members cannot verbalize a common plan to solve problems

Team is in Conflict :

Team is Unable to Make a Decision Team makes rapid decisions or compromise Team members discussion is either lost in details or at such a high level no one really understands Team members are slow to act on the decision or endorse it Team constantly looks to the managers, supervisors for their opinion and approval

Lost Sight of the Teams Vision Team members make decisions that benefits self Team’s focus is only on basic job duties Team’s morale is low and unproductive Ideas and creativity are no longer presented
