Roy Kerr was a mathematician, who in 1964, came up with the idea of a rotating spherical black hole.

Both black holes are stationary in time and can be described by there mass and angular movement. All black holes have a charge of “Q,” but particles of the opposite charge are attracted immediately and so some say there is no charge.
