My work profile and Responsibilities: My work profile and Responsibilities I am in channel development department. My work profile was to recruit Financial Consultant for HDFC SLIC. I have arrange the training schedule and collect all the required document for IRDA exam. My contribution to the organization: I have recruited 15 Financial consultants out of that 12 FC’s got IRDA license.
Challenges faced: : Challenges faced: Initially I have faced lot of problems while convincing the people to be FC of HDFC. Clients don’t want to interact at once. They don’t want to be the part of Insurance sector. Live experience W hile doing study I came to know that only 5% of indian middle class population are insured and Insurance is considered as Tax Saving device instead of other implied long term financial benefits. It clearly demonstrates that citizens are not insured merely because they don’t know much about Insurance sector and its benefits.
