Highlights of Achievements Joining A V Birla Group in 1998 Installed & Commissioned 18 MW DG Power Plant in 1999 Successful installation & commissioning of Product Line –1 after devastating earthquake in 2001. Accredited with API monogram as symbol of quality & Services in 2002-03. “Excellency Award” - New generation and high performance lubricating oil ARGINA - XL 40 used for medium speed engines in 2002-03.

Highlights of Achievements: 

Century International Gold Quality Era award for year 2003 at Geneva. Renewal of ISO 9001 – 2000 certification by BIS in June 2003. National Awards for Energy Conservation – 2003 – Certificate of Merit in Cement Sector by Ministry of power, Govt. of India. National Award for Energy Conservation – 2004- 2nd prize in Cement Sector by Ministry of power, Govt. of India. First Company in India to achieve ISO 14001: 2004 certification in January 2005. ENERGY POLICY AIM: To optimally utilize various forms of Energy (Fuel & Power) in a cost effective manner to ensure conservation of energy resource. COMMITMENT: To Strive Hard to : Reduce specific energy consumption by identifying areas of energy saving potential in the process. Set energy consumption targets and monitor continuously. Involve all the employees to work towards progressive improvement of targets of energy consumption. Promote culture of awareness towards energy conservation in the organisation. Implement innovative ideas for modification, improvement and upgradation of the equipment & process for optimizing energy consumption. GOAL: “MAXIMUM IMPROVEMENT - LEAST INVESTMENT”
