What is a Training Camp?: What is a Training Camp?
Training Camps are set up by National Olympic Committees and National Paralympic Committees as a base for athlete training and preparation for use in the weeks, months, and sometimes years, prior to the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
These differ from Training Venues that are provided by LOCOG in close proximity to the Olympic Village for use by athletes during the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games
