About the research Carried out by Norfakta markedsanalyse AS during weeks 22 and 23 in 2003. 200 telephone interviews with Tommen Gram customers and Tommen Gram Folie. The 200 were drawn from a total of 600 customers. The selection is stratified (partly directed selection) to ensure that the major customers were represented.

Summing up customer satisfaction:: 

Summing up customer satisfaction: Tommen Gram has achieved a customer satisfaction of 77 out of a total of 100 possible points. 3 indicators are particularly positive: service: 81 points flexibility in delivery of goods: 80 points product quality: 80 points Flexibility in relation to delivery times and delivery frequency: deliveries: 76 points 8 out of 10 customers perceive Tommen Gram as just as good or better than the competitors.

Summing up profile statements: 

Summing up profile statements 93% perceive Tommen Gram as a dependable and safe supplier. 8 out of 10 agree wholly or partly that Tommen Gram has a good and relevant product range. 8 out of 10 agree wholly or partly with the statement that Tommen Gram satisfy the customers’ needs.
