Personal Fitness Goals

Fulfilling My Goal:

Fulfilling My Goal -I wanted to be able to do 25 pushups in less than a minute. I have achieved my goal and even was able to do 35 pushups in less than a minute.

Finding My Resting Heart Rate (RHR):

Finding My Resting Heart Rate (RHR) -I have a RHR of 85 and a lot of the athletic girls are in that same range. The people who aren't athletic have the RHR or around 70. So I am in the normal range. -My RHR didn’t really change. My RHR at the beginning was 84 and now I got 85.

Evaluating My Skill-Related Fitness Challenge.:

Evaluating My Skill-Related Fitness Challenge. -In the 50 yard dash I got a 8.1 -In the standing long jump I got a 6.5 -My scores that I achieved are acceptable for my age and gender. -In 50 yard dash I got 8 and for standing long jump I got 6.3. My scores didn’t change that much. They approved a little bit.

Recovery Heart Rate (RHR):

Recovery Heart Rate (RHR) -My RHR was 66 and now it is 68. It hasn’t changed much.

Did I achieve my goals:

Did I achieve my goals -Yes I achieved my goals. I exercised often and started eating healthier. -The best part of this course was when we were actually doing something and when I reached my goal and knew I could do more. -The worst part of this course was when I kept having to read all the articles and watching the videos and it took up a lot of time.
