The Treadmill:

The Treadmill Ankle, calves, thighs, glutes You get on it and set the speed you want it to go at and then you step on it and start running/walking. When you want to stop either push stop or pull the red stop plug. $800

The Stepper :

The Stepper Hips, thighs, calves, shin You set your entire foot on the step and stand upright and take full steps. $1,000

The Elliptical:

The Elliptical Hamstring, upper body, glutes, quadriceps Place you feet in the center of the step, stand upright and then motion your feet in either forward or backward. $600
