Conclusions: 1. Two independent analysis (maximum likelihood analysis and synapomorphy in RibS30 gene) make Ichthyosporea group (Amoebidium, Capsaspora, Sphaeroforma) as a sister to Choanoflagellida and Metazoa phyla. 2. Most phylogenetic analysis of concatenated alignments put phylum Ctenophora into the base of animal tree. 3. Bilateria taxons wasn`t clear resolved on different phylogenetic trees. Tree topology depends on taxon and gene sampling. 3
