*BADGEWORK – is a process where girls carry out the Girls Scout Program, acquire knowledge, values, skills and are presented badges as the symbols of their achievment and preparedness for services to others.

1. PREPARE THE GIRLS * WHAT ARE THEIR NEEDS AND INTEREST? * How do you determine their needs and interest? * What starter activities can you provide them to introduce the girl scout program?

2. PLANNING FOR BADGEWORK * Ask girls what badges they want to work on. *Sort or group the girls according to their chosen badges. *Let the girls sort the activities and prepare the time schedule for doing them. Identify probable resource persons or program consultants.
