Way 6 …… :

Way 6 …… Distance yourself from people who affect you negatively, like people who judge you and make you feel bad.

Way 7 ……. :

Way 7 ……. Explore within yourself who you are, beyond your appearance. What are your values and why are they important to you? Who is the person you want to be? You can define who you are, rather than let others define you.
