Abstract Research :

Abstract Research This project seeks to raise public awareness of the health problems in China due to recycling of cell phones. Every year 50-80% of North America’s E-waste gets sent to China. China, being the biggest manufacturing center in the world, is in charge of recycling our E-waste. However, people are uniformed of the consequences caused by recycling our E-waste, especially cell phones. People today think recycling is a good thing, but some really does more harm than good.

Prevention :

Prevention People should reuse cell phones rather than throw them away. When taking apart cell phones, people should be wearing protective gear. People working or exposed to recycled E-waste should be given frequent medical care to check for health problems. (Skillings; "Reuse and Recycling Options" ).
