Accessing the Search: Without logging in - Public : 

You can access the schedule search without logging into any of the University systems Go to www.banner.slu.edu Click Here to Search Schedule of Classes . . . Accessing the Search: Without logging in - Public 2 Click Here to Proceed

Accessing the Search: Through MySLU : 

If you have a SLU Net ID and password: Student Tab → Registration Tools → Look Up Classes Faculty Tab → Faculty Registration Tools → Look Up Classes Accessing the Search: Through MySLU 3 Click Here to Proceed

Accessing the Search:Through Banner Self-Service : 

If you have a SLU Net ID and password: Student Tab → Registration → Look Up Classes Faculty Services Tab → Search Schedule of Classes Add or Drop Classes Page Grey button Accessing the Search:Through Banner Self-Service 4 Click Here to Proceed

Step 1: Select the Term : 

Use the Search by Term drop down menu to select the desired term and click Submit Step 1: Select the Term 5 Click Here to Proceed

Step 2: Refine Your Results - Commonly Used Features : 

6 Step 2: Refine Your Results - Commonly Used Features Select at least 1 subject area. This is the ONLY required step. You can use the % sign as a wild card, ex. “22%” will return any course whose number starts with “22” Campus Defaults to Frost (Saint Louis, North of 64/40) You can select multiple items in any of the List prompts. Ex. Subject, Campus, Part of Term, etc. Hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click on the desired selections in order to select multiple options Click Here to Proceed

Step 2: Refine Your Results - “Advanced” features : 

7 Step 2: Refine Your Results - “Advanced” features You may refine results by type of program (Law, Professional Studies term 1 vs. 2, etc.) Attribute refines to categories such as “Honors Course” You may refine results by Instructor Once complete click Class Search Click Here to Proceed

Step 3: Interpreting the Results : 

8 Step 3: Interpreting the Results Days and TimesM=Mon, T=Tues, W=Wed, R=Thur, F=Fri Capacity (Cap), Actual (Act), and Remaining (Rem) seats in the class section Waitlist (WL) seats Cross List (XL) seats- If XL Cap is NOT 0 then the course is crosslisted with another - If XL Rem is 0 on a crosslisted course then the course is full Course Dates Click on the Course Reference Number for more info about the section Click Here to Proceed

Step 4: Registration : 

9 Step 4: Registration If registration is open for the semester, you can check this box and click on the grey Register button to register for the section Once rooms have been assigned for the semester the location of the course will appear here. The Class Schedule Search and Your Student Schedule webpage has a listing of the building abbreviations for your reference Click Here to Proceed
