Bangalore take on Hyderabad in the grand finale at the Wanderers in Johannesburg. It's set up for an exciting finish as the two teams from the bottom of the table last year battle it out for the top prize. Both the teams faced the table leaders in the semi finals and against all odds, beat the favorites convincingly. Bangalore seem to have found an asset in the young Manish Pandey who scored a century in their last league game and that came against Hyderabad which he followed by his match winning performance in the semis. They seem to have found the right balance in their team with players like van der Merwe, Taylor and Kohli coming into their own. They are on a roll having secured 6 continuous wins and would be hoping they can carry the same momentum into the finals. Hyderabad on the other hand, would boast of skipper, Adam Gilchrist's form which he made the most of in their last game, playing one of the best T20 innings ever. They have stroke players of the likes of Gibbs, Rohit Sharma, Suman and Symonds that run very deep in their batting line up and a strong set of bowlers to support them. They are also a very strong fielding unit. :
