SJRRC renovating historic Southern Pacific Depot; completion by October SJRTD construction of Downtown Transit Center to begin by summer COG: 30,000 sq. ft. 3-story office building, northwest corner of American and Weber; completion by October County administration and Superior Court facilities


Bank of Agriculture and Commerce — renovation / new facade / reuse of three buildings; start spring ‘04 Marina Tower-- Barry Swenson Builder / County negotiations expected to conclude soon Builders Exchange and State office buildings on South Shore -- discussions underway


10-20 cottage-style single-family units east of Fremont Park Gleason Park Housing DDA with Housing Development andamp; Neighborhood Preservation Corp. of San Francisco to Council by late summer 16 cottage-style single-family homes north of park by ACLC, construction fall 2003 Mercy Charities Phase I -- 56 units family housing and child care center in block northeast of park SUSD elementary school south of park


Renovation of Fox Theater in progress; completion expected early 2004 Weber Point Grill? Downtown Retail Strategy drafted; presented to DAT Stockton Stroller trolleys roll on; DAT helping increase ridership


'The Stockton' restoration underway!!! Cineplex construction underway!!! 16 screens, 3,400 seats, 18,000 sq. ft. retail, foundation within several weeks 96 studio and 60 one-bedroom units of senior housing 25,000 sq. ft. retail
