The design R.S-12 is a mixture of “Quinjet” + “Harrier Jump Jet”. It is a vertical take-off and landing aircraft designed for high military and civil military exercises. They are capable of flying only feet above the waters surface to avoid radar sensing. It can hover take off and land vertically and are equipped with a collection of ammunition that can and does rival the fighter jets 3
