These goals include: -Increasing customer base (new customers) -Increase return customers -Increase profit Competitive Analysis : Competitive Analysis Advantages -Reasonable Price -Ease of Contacting Artist -Personalized Artwork Disadvantages -Location -Little Brand Identity Advantages of an Osceola Times Ad : Advantages of an Osceola Times Ad Developing an advertising relationship with the Osceola Times will be beneficial in the following ways: -Circulation of 3,000 subscribers (plus pick-up) -Free “Times2” paper circulation of 6,500 -Ability to use “as needed” (no long-term contract) -Ability to change as circumstances change Area Advantages of an Osceola Times Ad : Area Advantages of an Osceola Times Ad The following is a list of advantages stemming from the locale of the Osceola Times: -Low income area, customers will be attracted to high-end products at lower prices -The times is the only local newspaper servicing the artist’s hometown area (Osceola, Dyess, Wilson, Marie, Joiner, and Keiser) The ad : The ad The ad space you choose in the Osceola Times can include any of the following options: -Your picture (to add a personal connection) -Pictures of your artwork -Types of products offered -Ordering options (through Email or contact phone) -Coupon for repeat order Advertisement Schedule(Osceola Times and Times2) : Advertisement Schedule(Osceola Times and Times2) *The times will also run a publicity story for a new business, when the business agrees to purchase 4 weeks of advertisements. **Rates are discounted to run for at least three consecutive weeks. ***Discounted for new business.
